If you prefer central vacuum inlets that multitask then consider the Vacpan II series of baseboard and wall mount combination hose & sweep inlets. The Vacpan II inlets operates as a standard hose inlet with low-volt hookup. The combo inlet features a height adjustable channel that reaches to the floor and functions as a sweep inlet by simply sliding the door up. Two sizes are available in the Vacpan II inlet; baseboard mount which has a 4" height from floor to inlet, and the taller wall-mount which has a 16" height from floor to inlet.
